Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Gear

  Carefully place the items in their original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories, to ensure the product remains in mint condition during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned equipment, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.
